What to look forward to:
This program is designed for absolutely anyone. It’s a starting point for you to get use to moving your body, and to familiarize yourself with the equipment in your gym or body weights exercises from home, that will get you started on moving your body regularly and feeling so much better. We will go through a wellness questionnaire to get a better sense of where you are currently at in your fitness journey, and what your primary goals are. This is a basic program that will take into consideration any modifications to accommodate any passed or current injuries and health conditions. It’s a great way to start out with something simple and easy to follow.

- Can be created for a gym or home setting with or without weights.
- Knowledge of how to safely and properly use exercise equipment and move your body.
