Personal training benefits anyone who desires a change and wants encouragement to improve their overall well-being. Therefore, we welcome everybody, and there is no age limit or ability requirement. As long as you come ready to exercise in athletic shoes and wear something comfortable, we will teach you the rest.
What will it cost me?
The cost of our personal training sessions depends on the program you have chosen and how often you commit to working with us. Our prices range from $90 to $120 per session, and we also offer a 10% discount to new members.
