A few weeks of training with Bar None Fitness is all it took to see this establishment is the real deal! They managed to make more progress in some of my muscular imbalances than the 5 specialists I’ve seen over the past 10 years. Very friendly and knowledgeable - they have my whole hearted referral.

I also wanted to say that I took measurements and weighed myself on August 11th and again on September 11th. My weight has gone down 3.5 pounds and I have lost 1.5 " around my waist, 1.5 on my hips and 1.5 around my thighs. So I think we are moving in the right direction!Thanks again to you and Daniel for all your support!

Hi Jess it is Murray. I am very happy. I had the best blade in 2 years. For the 1st 15..20 minutes the muscle memory we worked on was perfect and I think I was a picture. After a while the old habits crept back, but I was able to see it and I was able to intentionally make some changes pe. I've got more to do but I have to let you know you are a genius
